What can I do as a registered user?

By registering as a member, you can access the following features:
- Download technical materials such as product catalogs, 3D data, drawings, and specifications
- Save search criteria
- View your page browsing history and download history
- Add series and products to your favorites
- Access members-only content
- Receive the latest updates through our email newsletter

I forgot my password. How can I log in?

Please click the “Forgot your password?” link on the login page.
You will be guided to the password reset page.
Follow the on-screen instructions to set a new password.

How can I change my password?

After logging in, you can change your password from the “User Information” page in My Page.

How can I update my account information?
A.
After logging in, you can update your registered information—such as company name, department, and job title—from the ‘User Information’ page in My Page.

How can I change my email address?
A.
For security reasons, email addresses cannot be changed after registration.
If you wish to use a different email address, please complete the withdrawal process and then register again using your new email address.

How can I unsubscribe from the email newsletter?

You can unsubscribe by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link included in the email newsletter.
Please follow the instructions on the unsubscribe page to complete the process.

How can I withdraw (delete my account)?

After logging in, you can complete the withdrawal process from the “User Information” page in My Page.
After withdrawal, members-only services will no longer be available.
Q.
How can I unlock my account if it has been locked?
A.
If an incorrect password is entered multiple times, your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons.
In this case, we will send an email with instructions for unlocking your account to your registered email address.
Please follow the instructions in the email to complete the account unlock process.
